Google Ads Specialist

Join our ad operations team on a mission to drive sustainable growth as a Google Ads Specialist who will be the main point of contact to the client and responsible not only for reporting the success of the account performance but also the management of Google paid channels, including Google Search, Shopping, Display Network, YouTube, and Bing.

*Please note this is a fully remote position, but you must be able to work in CST/EST time zones.

Compensation starting at $55K with a potential of making $65K and more. Compensation is evaluated on a quarterly basis and depends on the workload and performance of the managed accounts.


In this role, you will be focused on:

Client onboarding. Set the base for work: gather and document business information, get access to main platforms needed for work, and answer clients’ questions.‍

Strategy. Prepare campaign strategy to achieve client objectives.

Execution. Optimize Google Ads, Google Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Bing.

Reporting/Insights. Prepare campaign reports, insights, presentations and answer questions about account performance.

Retain & Grow client portfolio. Advocate for 6-10 clients. The number of managed clients depends on the size of the client and the ability to work on more accounts effectively.

Client Communication. Be the main contact person for the client. This means you can explain the strategy and results of the advertising campaigns in plain English. ‍

Reporting. Report and share campaign performance insights with the client via email & phone.

What you’ll bring to our team:

Experienced in PPC/Google Ads. You have Min. 3 years of Google Ads experience with a track of success.

Analytical. You have strong analytical skills & Google Analytics knowledge‍.

Strong communicator. You can write concise emails in plain English and can easily explain difficult advertising concepts over the phone.

Efficient. You can manage and prioritize your time effectively.

Problem solver. You can identify red flags and connect the dots quickly to move the projects forward.

Emotionally intelligent. You are a good listener, self-aware, receptive to feedback, and have the ability to develop a relationship with different people.‍
