Performance Marketing Specialist (SEM/PPC)

We are looking for an independent thinker with strong analytical and marketing acumen skills, eye for detail, and go-getter attitude. This candidate will be responsible for paid media campaign (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) strategy development and implementation.

Typical projects in this role include:

  • Prepare campaign strategy to achieve client objectives
  • Optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Prepare campaign reports, insights, presentations and answer questions about account performance
  • Collaborate on different marketing projects with both US and LT team members

These are the things we require:

  • Min. 2 years of digital marketing experience (preferably Google Ads and Facebook Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Google Analytics knowledge
  • Advanced written English knowledge
